1. Everything we do is handmade, using the finest quality materials such as Baltic Birch, real masonry stain and real house paint. Yes, it causes the cost to be higher but it makes a major difference in appearance of the final piece.
2. The best of care is given to the shipment of the products. We do not however control how the carrier treats the packages. If goods are damaged due to carrier mishandling we will do our best to get you a new piece. See our Refund Policy page for more information.
3. We require 50% of the build cost to be put down on custom orders. This covers materials and design time. The remaining balance will be due when the item is ready to ship.
4. Most in-stock orders can be shipped within 2 days of ordering. A custom order shipping time varies depending on the project and will be discussed during the initial consultation.
