Whether an in-stock purchase or a one-off custom piece was delivered to you, if it arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will be gladly happy to replace that item. Photos of the packaging and the damaged item must accompany the refund request. As well as an invoice number, date of purchase and receipt copy.
